Preparing orders
Orders from pace-lab.cc are normally prepared within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Packed for sporting items, protective gear, apparel, accessories, and equipment that may need checking on arrival.
Courier delivery
Standard courier delivery is used unless another method is stated at checkout. Standard courier shipment is free, and estimated delivery is usually 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Product-specific checking
Customers should check the parcel and product soon after delivery, especially for size, fit, suitability for activity, assembly condition, first-use issues, and damage evidence. Keep packaging and the shipping label if a delivery claim is needed.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates. Courier workload, public holidays, weather, service disruption, address issues, and other events outside our control may cause delays.
Address responsibility
Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery details. PACE LAB SDN. BHD. is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied at checkout.
Lost or damaged parcel
If the parcel is missing, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact pace-lab@outlook.com with the order number and clear supporting evidence so the courier matter can be checked.
